Both access points will be delivered with DD-WRT SP2 firmware.

WHR-HP-G54 with such firmware uses the manufacturer too in the product named WHR-HP-G54DD.
The transmitting power is set (law-conformal) for EU countries.
You can reduce or increase these however at will. DHCP and Firewall are disabled.
Routing, DHCP and Firewall are disabled in firmware. Accesspoints are preconfigured with unique IP- and MAC address (even if you order more).
You can reconfigure the access points at will, as soon as you reset the device, all settings and communication (as shown below) will be restored.
