The set up of the Hotspot SBR75M-HS is nearly as simple as the set up of an internet access with a modem or router. No internet inquiry necessarily since user data lies locally. How to create a account, change or check the bandwidth usage, see in addition the following animation how easy it is to add users.
The Hotspot solution SBR75M-HS is Linux based, however no Linux knowledge is needed to administer the system. The installation with technical personnel takes about 15-30 min, with hotel personnel e.g. about 20-40 min, here is definitely the support needed which is in the price included. In the
support included
is a recommendation on how you plan your tariffs accordance with your Internet bandwidth and the simultaneous users expected. Further tips are contained like maintaining the system, arranging the access cards.
The administrative software (in english) is compatibly with each Windows operating system and must only be unpacked (no installation). The operation takes place as used to, with mouse and keyboard (see the anamition below).

Hotspot Server Software Animation
SBR75M-HS hardware has enough resources to master more than 100 simultaneous Internet connections. The devices are durably, absolutely loudless (fanless) designed for continuous operation. Current consumption is around 8W (measured) for both devices. If more accesspoints are needed you can connect these directly to the ethernet ports.
In addition 2 LAN ports are available so you can also grant your employees an internet access without authentication. This LAN network is completely separated from the Hotspot network. In the LAN network you can exchanged data like you are used to.
SBR75M-HS is not only an efficient hotspot solution for hundreds simultaneous hotspot connections, but also a VPN Access Controller for
additional VPN connections
, that way the data will be encrypted over all accesspoints. This is important if you use the same infrastructure (accesspoints, switches) for your customers and your coworkers/employees.

Two application examples:
In a cure clinical centre patients can use Internet as soon as the Browser opens and authenticate. The doctors
connect with the LAN-Network (wireless) giving WPA/WPA2 key. The doctors can so access the internal network (LAN) from all rooms and access the patient data.
A similar example would be with students and teachers in classrooms. Students logi on to the Hotspot, as soon as they start the Internet Browser. They get a certain range of bandwidth which is assigned, however students neither can access other students computers nor the teachers resources. Teachers use the same accesspoint hardware in the room, however they connect (through WPA2 key, known only from teachers) to the second virtual net of the accesspoint. So can teachers access to their internal documents.
