With this product you can build a network for the whole building. It includes: 4x Access Points with PoE adapter, 1x poe switch and 4x wall mounts..

To completely network a building you need Cat5 cabling.

To provide a professional network for your employees and customers you will also need a Hotspot Server. This will enable you to have an internal network and a customer network, which includes further benefits:

Every Hotspot operates a public network and a hidden private network (LAN).
Customers and guests wishing to connect to the network and surf the internet will receive server a login screen from the Hotspot.

Only clients who know the network name (hidden by default ) and the WPA key, will be able to connect to the private network of the Hotspot server. As soon as the client has successfully signed in only then will they be able to surf the internet and exchange data with other LAN clients.

All the equipment is pre-setup for network use. This means that the access points have a unique IP and MAC address (prerequisites for network operation). Customers will receive a network installation guide from us as well as all the necessary access data so you can change default configuration.

By holding down the reset button for 15 seconds the unit will be returned to its default configuration (as set by us and not the manufacturer).

Below is an example of a installation in a building with 2 floors showing 2 access points on each floor.

If a client doesn not have a wireless adapter they can be connected to the nearest access point via a Cat5 cable to either the LAN or Hotspot port.

All access points are pre-configured and labelled so that you only have to position and connect up the units

The following configurations can be optionally pre-configured for you as required (send the following infos via email or when ordering): Username, Password, WPA_Key, Start_IP-Address, Public_SSID, Privat_SSID, Hide_Privat_SSID ...

All settings supplied to us for pre-configuration will be hard programmed into the firmware. A manual hardware reset will restore these (your) settings.
This service costs a flat rate fee of €95 per order independent of the number of units.

1 x POE 8 port Megabit switch, four ports with POE
4 x POE adapters for use with the supplied access points
4 x plastic box, wall mounts 300x220x120mm for access points (including antenna and POE adapter)
